Circular Industry Lab transforms circularity into practical and replicable interventions on existing plants and assets.

We start with a technical survey and process mapping, define the baseline, and design non-invasive upstream micro-modifications coordinated with shifts to preserve uptime. When useful, we integrate the EcoImprove™ retrofit to improve combustion and reduce emissions while enhancing energy efficiency; simultaneously, we measure results and standardize the solution across fleets and sites.

The same logic will guide future interventions on other assets and auxiliary systems, with attention to compliance, safety, and traceability. Each project begins in the laboratory, is tested in the field, and concludes with an improvement plan, documentation for audits, and a sustainable scaling path, in a repair-don’t-replace perspective.
